LakeFest returns to the shores of Lake Merritt for its 7th year, drawing tens of thousands of neighbors for a free, all-day celebration of music, art and the vibrant spirit of The Town. Set against Oakland’s glittering jewel of a lake, the festival packs in live performances, local vendors, DJs and hip-hop, plus food and culture from every corner of the 510. Running 11 AM – 7 PM at the Lake Merritt Boathouse (Sailboat House), it’s the kind of sun-soaked block party that defines an East Bay summer.
